Access and privacy
Octavise uses read-only access to Nookal data for dashboard reporting and analytics. Appointments, invoices, patients, practitioners, locations, services, and referral fields are used only where required to produce authorised business metrics.
Octavise does not create, update, delete, or modify Nookal records. Patient names, email addresses, phone numbers, full dates of birth, addresses, clinical notes, and individual clinical records are not stored in the Octavise dashboard.
Where patient continuity is required for metrics such as new and returning patients, Octavise uses pseudonymised or hashed identifiers rather than direct patient identifiers.
For full details on how data is collected, stored, used, and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
